Sales Recruiter Responsibilities:
· Take ownership of job order's assigned and execute HCT's processes to recruit qualified candidates for our clients
· Utilize multiple recruitment tools to their full extent including Phone, Text, Email, Video, Referrals, and Social media to generate new business.
· Thoroughly screen and present interested candidates to company executives.
· Build lasting relationships with candidates and industry partners.
· Demonstrate excellent customer service, interpersonal communication and critical thinking skills.
· Utilize a production-driven mindset to meet and exceed KPI goals and objectives weekly.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred. It doesn’t matter what you received your degree in as long as you have the ability and are willing to learn.
· High level of Energy, Passion, Drive, Intuitiveness, Competitive Spirit, Ambition to succeed, and Self-motivation.
· Ability to exceed weekly and monthly sales expectations. Your past achievements personally and professionally must demonstrate a self-driven and success-oriented mentality.
· Must be able to effectively communicate and deliver presentations in person, over the phone and/or on video calls.
· Reside in the Tampa Bay area and be willing and able to work out of our Tampa based office.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive base salary with an aggressive and unlimited commission plan; medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and 401K is available to every team member. Earning potential is uncapped and first year targeted potential for performers is between $65,000-$90,000 while third year targeted income is between $115,00-$150,000.
