Sales Recruiter Responsibilities:
Make 75-100 daily outbound Cold Calls to qualified candidates who match the job requirements.
Utilize multiple recruitment tools to their full extent including Phone, Text, Email, Video, Referrals, and Social media to generate new business.
Thoroughly screen and present interested candidates to the assigned Account Executive.
Build lasting relationships with clients and industry partners.
Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication critical thinking skills.
Utilize a production-driven mindset to meet and exceed KPI goals and objectives weekly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. It doesn’t matter what you received your degree in as long as you have the ability and are willing to learn.
High level of Energy, Passion, Drive, Intuitiveness, Competitive Spirit, Ambition to succeed, and Self-motivation.
Ability to exceed weekly and monthly sales expectations. Your past achievements personally and professionally must demonstrate a self-driven and success-oriented mentality.
Reside in the Tampa Bay area and willing and able to work 8am-5pm out of our Tampa based office.
Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive base salary with an aggressive and unlimited commission plan; medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and 401K is available to every team member. Earning potential is uncapped and first year targeted potential for top performers is between $65,000-$90,000 while third year targeted income is between $100,00-$135,000.
