As a Sales Intern with HCT Staffing, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team of Recruiters and Accounts Executives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable talking on the phone, has great time management skills, has excellent interpersonal skills, is coachable, and will apply the guidance from some of the best talent and mentors the business has to offer. You will learn about the Sales and Recruiting business from the ground up while getting a head start on your professional career goals.
Sales Intern Job Duties:
· Utilize online internet tools to their full extent to validate Candidate contact information inside Salesforce.
· Facilitate Candidate Sourcing and Client lead generation through online platforms, social media, and cold calling.
· Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit and interest level for a Particular role. Thoroughly screen and present qualified candidates / clients to the assigned Recruiter or Account Executive.
· Attend Sales meetings as they occur.
· Working with your supervisor or assigned teammate to complete operational tasks.
Qualifications / Skills:
· Proficient with CRM software.
· Strong organization skills, and ability to prioritize tasks and meet timely deadlines.
· High level of Energy, Passion, Drive, Intuitiveness, Competitive Spirit, Ambition to succeed, and Self-motivation.
· Excellent customer service, communication critical thinking skills.
· Must be capable of maintaining consistent attendance.
· Must be able to effectively communicate over the phone and/or on video calls.
· Reside in the Tampa Bay area and willing and able to work out of our Tampa based office.
Compensation and Hours:
The Sales Intern position pays $15 per hour.
The time commitment is estimated at 12 hours per week.
