Are you a motivated college student looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, recruiting, and business development? HCT Staffing is seeking a driven Sales Intern to support our recruiting and account management teams while learning the staffing industry from experienced sales professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to develop real-world business skills, build confidence, and gain valuable professional experience.
What You'll Do
Research and validate candidate contact information using Salesforce and other online tools.
Source candidates and generate client leads through online platforms, social media, and outbound phone calls.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
Present qualified candidates and potential client leads to Recruiters and Account Executives.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
Assist with operational and administrative projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
· Final-semester undergraduate students who are seeking full-time employment upon graduation
· Comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
· Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
· Coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
· Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
· Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
· Reliable attendance and professionalism.
· Ability to work in our Tampa office and reside in the Tampa Bay area.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Approximately 12 hours per week
