Shift - 5/8hr or 4/10/hr flexible

Position Highlights: 

  • Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 sign-on bonus eligible position! 

  • Shift Schedule: Full time, Day Shift, 8:00am-4:30pm (On-call once per month) or 4 x 10hrs

  • Unit: Radiation Oncology

What You’ll Need: 

  • Radiation Oncology Certificate and/or Associates degree in Radiation Therapy Technology 

  • IDNS License  

  • Current ARRT registry or registry eligible 

  • New Grads welcome to apply 

  • Developing ability to work with ill patients and their families in an empathetic fashion 

  • Computer knowledge  

 

What will you do?: 

Assists the physician in localizing tumor volumes utilizing CT Simulator 

Administers Radiation Therapy treatments in compliance with physician prescription and treatment plan. 

Maintains accurate treatment records. 

Calculates, interprets and utilizes computer plans. 

Performs and records daily and monthly QA machine checks. 

Assists in the orientation and education of patients regarding treatments and side effects. 

Instructs and supervises any students while training in facility.
