HCT Staffing is looking for experienced Biomedical Equipment Technicians (BMET II,III) to fill Interim/Contract positions with some of the largest Hospitals, Third-party ISO's and OEM's in the country. These jobs are located throughout the United States so travel is required.
Responsibilities of the Biomedical Equipment Technician
Maintain records, document service and coordinate service within their department.
Provide preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance on general biomedical equipment located in a hospital setting.
Disassemble and reassemble complex medical devices.
Troubleshoot equipment.
Follow up with key accounts.
Provide professional expertise to end users.
Job Requirements
Possesses a minimum 5 years’ experience servicing biomedical medical equipment within a hospital environment.
Must have strong communication and people skills.
Must be willing to travel and work on 1-3 month assignments
Successfully passes background background and drug screens.
