Travel MRI Tech

Location: Muskegon, MI

Duration: 13-week assignment (with potential extension)

Shift: 4p - 12:30a




Pay Package: Taxable Wages - $1200

Nontaxable weekly stipend -  $1246

Gross Weekly Pay - $2446



Job Description:

• Provides health care services applying pulsed radio-frequency waves and magnetic energy to assist diagnosis or treatment.
• Participates in an on-call schedule as required. Performs magnetic resonance procedures, computer processing and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by a Radiologist or a licensed independent practitioner.
• Exercises professional judgment in performance of service and maintains a demeanor complimentary to medical ethics.
• Recognizes various patient conditions in order to provide appropriate patient care to ensure successful completion of the exam or procedure.

Requirements:

• Satisfactory completion of an accredited education program in radiologic technology or magnetic resonance imaging
• Current Advanced ARRT Registry Required in MRI or eligible and obtain advanced registry within one (1) year of hire date
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers
